Debut trailer for Xicatrice released
Our first look at this superpowered RPG
Xicatrice was originally announced for Switch back in February, and we’ve had character profiles, soundtrack samples and gameplay details to mull over since then. What we haven’t had is a trailer, but today that changes. The game’s debut trailer has been shared and you can check it out above.
Xicatrice is a “superpowers x academy RPG” in which you play as a teacher who leads a special unit of students on dangerous missions in response to emergencies. The game combines the depth that comes with a huge variety of skills, with highly flexible character development, allowing each player to play with their own strategy.
The game is scheduled to release on June 29th, 2023, in Japan for the Switch. There’s no word on localization at this time.
