Yeah, beware for now. It's actually an early acces game but they don't tell you that on the eshop page.
Don't know if Nintendo is fully aware. But literally the first thing you see every time you boot it up is a disclaimer message that warns you that the game is still in development and is considered a “preview” while encouraging you to share feedback and bug reports with the team.
It's extra scummy that, like I commented, nothing is said about that on the eshop page.
