Lance & Dragonair are a Dragon-type tech sync pair that can lower their opponent’s Dragon Type Rebuff with their Afflict Dragon TR ↓ passive skill the first time they target that opponent with a status move. Once the opponent is weakened, launch a full draconic assault with allies’ Dragon-type moves and Lance & Dragonair’s own Dragon Shift affected Hyper Beam!
