Nintendo Canada details Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom launch events at GameStop

An epic adventure across the land and skies of Hyrule awaits in the Legend of Zelda™: Tears of the Kingdom game. Nintendo of Canada is inviting you and your friends to join us at select GameStop locations in Ontario, Alberta, and British Columbia to celebrate the launch of the Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom game, available only on the Nintendo Switch™ family of systems!
Nintendo Ambassadors will be present at the times listed below to kick off the fun on May 11th, at 11:00 p.m. ET with exciting on-site the Legend of Zelda trivia for fun giveaways, available while supplies last. There will also be giveaways for those who attend in a Legend of Zelda related costume. Additional giveaways will also be available for all event attendees, while supplies last! Activities will continue until the Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom game launches on May 12th, 12:00 a.m. ET.
Legend of Zelda fans attending the activities at the downtown Toronto location will be joined by a very special guest. Canadian superstar Maitreyi Ramakrishnan - who is one of the biggest fans of the Legend of Zelda series - will be joining in on the celebrations, cutting the ribbon to officially welcome shoppers into the store at midnight.
