While Mother 3 never got an official localized release, millions of fans the world over have played the game, thanks to an amazing fan translation. That fan translation let a whole new collection of people enjoy the amazing world and characters of Mother 3, and those fans will no doubt salivate at the sight of the latest official Mother 3 merch.
Hobonichi, the company established by Mother/Earthbound creator Shigesato Itoi, is releasing Boney the Dog and Clayman plush dolls. For those who don’t know, Boney is right there at your side for the majority of your adventure, and the claymen play an integral role in the game’s many factories. Now fans will be able to grab both of these iconic characters in plush form.
The Boney and Clayman plushes will be available via the official Hobonichi store starting May 25th, 2022. You’ll have to find a proxy to get these to ship outside of Japan, or you can scour auction sites soon after launch to find the pair.
