Doug Bowser sells the first copy of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom at Nintendo NY

Nintendo hosted a special live-stream event leading up to the midnight launch of The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, and it included plenty of footage from Nintendo NY. As you probably know, people have been lined up at the store for days in order to buy their copies of the game, and the very first customer got to make his purchase with a special guest.

None other than Nintendo’s Doug Bowser was on-hand at Nintendo NY for the Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom launch event, and he stepped behind the counter to ring up the first customer in line.
