Universal has confirmed that The Super Mario Bros. Movie will see digital release in the U.S. on May 16th, 2023. As a matter of fact, the film is already up for pre-order on Amazon, where you’ll have to cough up $30 to grab it. Just to be clear, this is a digital purchase and not a rental, so the movie will be yours forever.

As for the digital release around the rest of the world, those dates remain to be confirmed. Finally, we also don’t know the digital subscription streaming date for the film. The movie will be available via Peacock at some point, but the details on when remain unknown.
