2023 Pokémon World Championships to feature a Pokémon Center Pop-Up Shop

The 2023 Pokémon World Championships are being held in Yokohama, Japan, and the event runs from Aug. 9th to 13th, 2023. If you’re planning to attend the event in person, make sure you bring some spare cash with you, as some exclusive goodies will be on hand!

Pokémon Co. has announced that the World Championships will house a Pokémon Center Pop-Up store. If you swing by the Pop-Up, you’ll be treated to some exclusive merchandise, along with other Pokémon Center merchandise in general.

Unfortunately, you can’t just walk up to the Pop-Up store and spend your cash. There will be a ticket lottery and an appointment system that fans will have to participate in for a chance to purchase goods from the store. Specifics on how to sign up for these requirements are yet to be shared.
