The Outer Worlds hits 5 million sold

The Outer World originally launched on multiple platforms back in October 2019, and then arrived on Switch in June of 2020. The game has been trucking along ever since, and it just hit a new sales milestone this year.

In Take-Two’s latest financial report, they revealed that across all platforms combined, The Outer World has reached 5 million units sold. Unfortunately, Take-Two didn’t give a breakdown of the sales between platforms, but let’s hope the Switch version is a healthy contribution to that overall figure.
