If you’ve been meaning to download Friday the 13th: The Game or purchase a physical copy, the time to do so is running short.

The official Twitter account for Friday the 13th: The Game has shared a statement confirming that the game will be yanked from sale both physically and digitally on Dec. 31st, 2023. This is due to developer Gun Media losing the license for the Friday the 13th brand.

If you own the game already, it will continue to function through Dec. 31st, 2024. This most likely relates to online play, as if you have a copy of the game, you’ll be able to play the solo content without interruption forever.

With the game being delisted, Gun Media has dropped the base game price to $5 and the DLC to $1. You can see the company’s full statement on the matter below.
