We’ve seen countless demos released over the years, with some wooing consumers in droves and others killing a game before it even launches. Sometimes those demos are indicative of the game’s quality, and other times it’s just the wrong slice to share with the public without context. We as gamers certainly love demos, but they can be a death knell for a game if things aren’t handled expertly.
