BitSummit, the pioneering indie games showcase that exemplifies Japan’s creative spirit, is back with even more games, more indies, and more fun with its first three-day event with BitSummit Let’s Go!! Taking place July 14-16, 2022, the first day of the event (Friday) is limited to industry professionals, while the weekend is open to the public.

One month back, the BitSummit team announced that Nintendo was returning as a Platinum-level sponsor for BitSummit this year, and now we know there’s more to it. Nintendo will also have an Indie World booth at BitSummit Let’s Go!!, and you can get a peek at its design at the top of this post.

Nintendo’s Indie World booth will host 15 different titles, some of which are available on Switch now and others coming soon. You can see a breakdown of the titles below.

  • Give me toilet paper!
  • Vampire Survivors
  • Gigabash
  • Sanabi
  • A Guidebook of Babel
  • Sea of Stars
  • Mineko Night Market
  • Bomb Rush Cyberfunk
  • Dungeon Drafters
  • Eastward
  • Unpacking
  • Storyteller
  • Coffee Talk Ep. 2
  • Behind the Frame
  • 7 Days to End with You

Those who drop by Nintendo’s Indie World booth can also snag some special goodies. First off, Nintendo will be giving out a ‘Developer Interview Notes’ booklet that includes a collection of short developer interviews concerning their upcoming titles, along with some other personal details. Along with that is a bamboo fan with the Indie World logo, which will no doubt be a great collectible.

There’s also a something special for those who visit the booth and check in with the My Nintendo app. If you have the app ready and you digitally sign in, you’ll get to take home an Indie World-branded tote bag!

At the Nintendo booth, we will be distributing “developer interview notes” limited to the venue and bamboo fans that are perfect for the hot summer .

In the “Developer Interview Notes”, we asked the developers of the titles that were exhibited at the booth, the contents of various interviews, such as the reasons why they made the game, their favorite indie games, the recent boom, the developer’s soul food, etc. summarized. There are stories that can only be heard here…?

At the Nintendo booth, we are also conducting a “GPS check-in” using the smartphone app “My Nintendo” , and those who check in will receive an “Indie World eco bag” . Please check the information at the booth for details.

Even if you don’t have a Nintendo account, you can easily create one on the spot, so be sure to get one when you visit the Nintendo booth.
