Another challenge awaits in Pokémon GO. Articuno, Zapdos and Moltres are appearing in Raid Battles starting today, and will be sticking around until July 13th, 2023. The trio last appeared in Raids back in July 2022.

Articuno is an Ice- and Flying-type Legendary Pokémon originally discovered in the Kanto region. It’s said that this Pokémon’s beautiful blue wings are made of ice. Articuno flies over snowy mountains, its long tail fluttering along behind it.

Moltres is a Fire- and Flying-type Legendary Pokémon originally discovered in the Kanto region. There are stories of this Pokémon using its radiant, flame-cloaked wings to light up paths for those lost in the mountains.

Zapdos is an Electric- and Flying-type Legendary Pokémon originally discovered in the Kanto region. This Pokémon has complete control over electricity. There are tales of Zapdos nesting in the dark depths of pitch-black thunderclouds.

Learn which Pokémon will be most effective in Raid Battles against this trio, how to catch them after winning a Raid Battle, and how best to use these three after you’ve caught them.
