It was only an hour ago when we reported on information leaking for Sonic Origins, an upcoming remastered collection of the original Sonic the Hedgehog titles. Well, speak of the devil (or hedgehog, if you will), as SEGA has now announced the release date, alongside a brand new, beautifully animated, trailer.
Launching for all platforms, including Nintendo Switch, on June 23rd, Sonic Origins will be available as a Standard or Digital Deluxe Edition, with three different optional DLC packs set to be released.
