In a recent interview, Yutaka Hiramuki, a developer at Nintendo’s Entertainment Planning & Development Department, Production Group No. 10, confirmed that the amount of things you can collect in Pikmin 4 is more than in all the previous titles combined. It looks like Pikmin 4 is shaping up to be an absolutely massive game, and if reviews are anything to go by, we’re definitely in for a real treat.
Pikmin 4 launches for Nintendo Switch on July 21st, 2023.

Yutaka Hiramuki: “However, we had to increase the volume of content to achieve this. The amount of things you can collect in Pikmin 4 is more than the number of items in all the previous titles combined. (Laughs)”
