Pikmin 4 takes the #1 spot in the weekly UK sales charts

We don’t have the usual top 10 UK software sales for last week yet, but we have one important piece of information. Pikmin 4 has managed to debut all the way at the top of the charts.
According to an early report, Pikmin 4 has secured the #1 spot for its debut in the UK. This is a pretty stellar achievement considering the heavy-hitters on the charts right now, and it also goes to show just how hard Nintendo has been pushing Pikmin 4 leading into its launch.
For a bit more perspective, when it comes to the UK, Pikmin 4 managed to surpass the launch sales of Pikmin 3 Deluxe on Switch by a whopping 45%. Remember, this data pertains to retail sales only, as Nintendo doesn’t reveal digital data.
