Niantic may have a number of projects in the works, but Pokémon GO is still very much the company’s focus. They’re always coming up with new ideas for Trainers to experiment with, and one of those has been implemented in a few very specific locations.

Niantic has revealed that they’re currently testing a “Ready to Raid” button in the London, Osaka City and Suita City areas. Trainers participating in Raids in these areas will be able to tap a button above their Raid Party to skip to a 10-second Raid countdown. This includes Remote Raids hosted in these areas.

It’s unclear what Niantic’s plans are after this test, but one would imagine that if all goes well and Trainers like the feature, we’ll see it rolled out worldwide. We’ll keep you posted on that possibility should Niantic share more details.
