Nintendo shares first details on PAX AUS 2023 plans

We already knew that Nintendo was going to be stopping by PAX AUS 2023, but now we have some details on what they’ll be doing at this year’s big show.

The biggest reveal from Nintendo is that they’ll be bringing a playable demo of Super Mario Bros. Wonder to the event. Show-goers will be able to go hands-on with the game prior to its launch, which comes just a few days after PAX AUS 2023.

Along with this, Nintendo will be hosting Splatoon 3 and Mario Kart 8 Deluxe AU/NZ Championships, and the winners will be flown to Tokyo to compete at the World Championships at Nintendo Live 2024 in Tokyo.

Finally, those who drop in on Nintendo’s booth at PAX AUS 2023 will also be able to visit a My Nintendo Store to check out all kinds of merch. Nintendo hasn’t revealed what goodies will be available for purchase yet, but there’s sure to be all kinds of collectibles fans will drool over.
