Filmmaker Guillermo del Toro heaps praise on Hideo Kojima

We all know that Hideo Kojima and Guillermo del Toro are friends. The two have worked together on a few projects over the years, and they share an obvious appreciation for each others’ creations. We get to hear a lot on that side of things in a new video released today.

The video above features Guillermo del Toro talking about the works, mindset and personality of Hideo Kojima. It’s clear that del Toro has a deep love of what Kojima creates, and recognizes that he’s been blurring the lines between games and movies for decades now. With Guillermo del Toro creating quite a number of amazing projects himself, it’s pretty amazing to see him so impressed with what Kojima has done.

Hopefully we get to see a video feature from Kojima as well, as it would be nice to hear him talking about the works of Guillermo del Toro.
