Wargroove 2 sounds the battle horn on Switch today

Wargroove 2, the turn-based tactics sequel, is set to arrive on Switch today. You’ll be able to pick the game up for $20, but you’ll need 1.3GB of free space to do so.

Wargroove is back! Embark on an all-new adventure, filled with unlikely friendships, unknown adversaries, and ugly revenge plots. Wage war against your foes with a cast of new Commanders and utilise their new tiered ‘groove’ ability system to sway the fight in your favour. Design and share maps, cutscenes, and campaigns with easy-to-use editors and in-depth customization tools.

Take to the battlefield, sea and sky and use your wits to wage turn-based battles in a new adventure, filled with unlikely friendships and unknown adversaries. Featuring signature pixel art and an interweaving story, Wargroove 2 brings together three campaigns, a new roguelike game mode and a fresh cast of Commanders, including the newly revealed faction of mousefolk, the Faahri. Wargroove 2 enters the fray on Nintendo Switch Oct. 5. Pre-orders begin today in Nintendo eShop and in the My Nintendo Store on Nintendo.com.
