We’re just two days away from the launch of Super Mario Bros. Wonder, and excitement is at a fevered pitch. While Nintendo diehards know that Mario’s next big adventure is on the way, the general public might need a little reminder. That’s why Nintendo has just launched an ad in one of the busiest spots on the planet.

Shared by none other than Nintendo’s Doug Bowser on X, we now know there’s a Super Mario Bros. Wonder commercial running in Times Square, New York. You can check out the ad above, which is a vertical banner spot that’s sure to get some attention. Of course, the ad also puts the spotlight squarely on Mario and his Elephant transformation. For an even better look, check out the video below.

There’s bound to be some other bigtime advertising for Super Mario Bros. Wonder out in the real world. We’ve already seen London Underground and bus advertising, and both were quite eye-catching. Now let’s see what Nintendo cooks up next to spread the word!
