Pokémon Scarlet/Violet 'Dragon King Battle Qualifier' announced

The Pokémon Co. has announced the next Online Competition for Pokémon Scarlet and Violet, and we’ve got the first details.

Pokemon Co. has announced the Dragon King Battle Qualifier for Pokémon Scarlet and Violet, and it’s a Single Battle competition. Those looking to participate will have to follow Regulation E rules and include Koraidon or Miraidon on your team. Registration for the Dragon King Battle Qualifier opens on November 20th and runs to December 1st, 2023, while the competition itself runs December 1st to 3rd, 2023.

In Japan, this competition grants winners access to the annual Dragon King tournament, which runs VGC, TCG and UNITE battles on February 25th, 2024. VGC will run Regulation F rules while also requiring you to include at least one Pokémon with the Dragon Tera Type.
