Gearbox made it clear that they have a lot in the works for Risk of Rain 2, with a full roadmap of stuff to look forward to in 2024. Now it seems they’re teasing what’s next a bit more clearly, and through a rather mysterious Steam listing.

Along with that, Risk of Rain 2 players are noticing some changes in the game recently, specifically in the sky. Players who look above are seeing brand new stars, and even enemies in the game are spotting these stars and walking towards them for a closer look.
We’re not quite sure when we’ll see an official reveal for whatever’s going on here, but it seems something big is right around the corner.
