Splatoon 3 'Chill Season 2023' REEF-LUX 450 Deco detailed, Chirpy Chirps 'Slopping Spree' single shared
Come for the weapon, stay for the tunes
The Splatoon Research Lab is back with another update on Splatoon 3’s Chill Season 2023, which kicks off Dec. 1st, 2023. We already know the new season brings a ton of fresh content with it, but today brings us some more specifics on what to expect.
First up, we get a sneak peek at the REEF-LUX 450 Deco, a spiffy-looking new version of the REEF-LUX 450. Now with the Splash Wall and Reefslider, you can get aggressive and explosive.
Along with that comes another tune from the Chirpy Chips, as they’ve gotten the band back together! Fans everywhere are drooling harder than Harmony over a new single with that classic Chirpy Chips sound. The tune is called Slopping Spree, and the bass player and composer, Orion, says that they were inspired by some of the random humming that Harmony is always doing. They also called it a battle anthem, but we get the sense that they don’t REALLY care who wins.
