Level-5 has announced via their LEVEL5 VISION 2023 II event that Professor Layton and the New World of Steam is planned to launch sometime in 2025. A new trailer was released alongside this announcement, check it out above.

8M agoThe reveal trailer didn't mention on whether its confirmed to come to Switch or not.
I think it will come to Switch but I guess they are playing it safe. As for the puzzle...it looks like they are making it easier to solve it which is a bit concerning.
If we are expecting a new Nintendo system by 2025, then it would make sense not to reveal what systems the game will be on as it could aim for the successor.
