Tenka Touitsu SSB hits Switch in Japan

The SystemSoft Beta-developed strategy game Tenka Touitsu SSB doesn’t come out in Japan until Jan. 25th, 2023, but those interested in the title can now hop on the Switch eShop and grab a free demo. Remember, the Switch is region-free, so all you have to do is make a Japanese account and you too can try this demo.

In the Warring States period, the age of rival warlords, only one can sit upon the nation’s throne… In order to rule over this war-torn world, aim to unify the country in place of the Warring States period daimyo such as Nobunaga Oda and Shingen Takeda.

Over 1,300 Historic Warlords – Over 1,300 warlords will appear, from Ieyasu Tokugawa to Nobunaga Oda, Shingen Takeda, and more. These warlords can be headhunted and turned into allies, or taken out as enemies.

Attack Fortresses, Expand Your Territory, and Unify the Country – Capture the 400 fortresses spread throughout the country’s 67 regions, expand your territory, and aim to unify the country. Domestic Affairs? Warfare? Diplomacy? Be Resourceful and Strategize – Bring prosperity to the country through “Domestic Affairs,” invade enemy fortresses through “Warfare,” and negotiate with other daimyo families through “Diplomacy.” Utilizing each strategy effectively is the key to unifying the country.

Quick Decisions Determine Your Fate on the Battlefield – On the battlefield, the situation unfolds in real-time. Take command and destroy the enemy forces while considering the weather and terrain.
