Arc System Works has announced that they’re bringing Library Of Ruina to the Switch. The title is set to arrive worldwide sometime in Spring 2024, although an April 25th, 2024 date has been locked in for Japan and Asia. You can check out the debut trailer for Library of Ruina above.

In Library of Ruina, our protagonist stumbles upon a mysterious library, only to find himself co-star of an ensemble act with the library director teetering between lives and a wish.

The protagonist Roland wanders into an enigmatic library, which serves as the game’s setting and the core of its tale. There he encounters the head librarian and director, Angela. He sets to work to achieve her goal of completing the “one absolute book.”

To overcome the colorful cast of guests (enemies) who visit the library, you’ll need to choose your Battle Pages carefully based on enemy data. During the reception (battle), your fate with will be determined by the roll of the dice.

Between the in-depth story and increasingly challenging card-based battles, you’ll never run out of content to explore. Lose yourself in over 100 hours of gameplay and immerse yourself in the music and art collections.
