Pokémon Co. expanding "Hug You!" plush line with new Pokémon
Who wouldn't want a hug from Mr. Mime?!
Last year, The Pokémon Company a series of plush Pokémon that were built for hugging. The “Hug You!” line featured plushes with extra-long arms, making them the perfect Pokémon to hug and snuggle up with. Now that line is set to expand with more options.
Pokemon Co. has announced that three new Pokemon are getting the Hug You! treatment, and all of them will be available in Japan starting February 10th, 2024. Those interested in the Hug You! line will be able to snag the new releases of Mr. Mime, Cofagrigus, and Pawmo at Pokémon Center locations in Japan.
It’s likely these plushes will also make their way outside of Japan at some point, but that probably won’t happen until considerably later in 2024. If/when that does come about, we’ll let you know the full details.
