Venba "Cookbook" DLC to include recipe information

Venba is a short narrative cooking game where you play as an Indian mom who immigrates to Canada with her family in the 1980s. Players cook various dishes and restore lost recipes, hold branching conversations and explore in this story about family, love, loss and more.

Those who’ve played Venba have fallen in love with the title, but it seems they also have a shared complaint. The game is filled with absolutely delicious looking meals, but it never teaches you how to make them in real life! Thankfully Visai Games, the team behind the title, has heard that complaint and plans to address it in upcoming DLC.

The upcoming Cookbook DLC will give players detailed recipes for the meals featured in Venba. It seems there will be 12 recipes overall, and according to the dev team, the update will arrive sometime soon. We’ll bring you full details on the release date, contents and more once the news is shared.
