Monster Hunter 20th Anniversary Concert Announced

Monster Hunter-themed concerts are nothing new, as Capcom has been hosting them for decades now. That said, a very special concert is on the way to mark a major milestone for the monstrous franchise.

Capcom has announced that in honor of two decades of Monster Hunter, they’ll be hosting a series of orchestral performances throughout 2024. The first in the lineup of Monster Hunter 20th anniversary concerts is set for May 11th, 2024 in Tokyo, and fans will have to options to attend: the ‘Daytime Sound Hunting Quest’ and ‘Night Sound Hunting Quest’. After this kickoff, Capcom will bringing the concert to Fukuoka, Sapporo, and Osaka.

As of right now, there’s no word on a live-stream of the concert, nor have plans been shared for any such tour outside of Japan. At the very least, hopefully we get to see a video recording of some of these performances. We’ll keep an eye out for more details and bring you any subsequent announcements.
