Donkey Kong Country Ska Cover Album Released by the Holophonics

Texas-based Ska music group, The Holophonics, has released a Donkey Kong Country cover album as part of their MaSKArades series. The series features the band doing Ska covers of videogame music such as Banjo-Kazooie, Zelda, and even Chrono Trigger and Donkey Kong is the latest and seemingly final game to get this treatment.
Donkey SKAng Country covers music from the original SNES Trilogy such as Aquatic Ambience and Stickerbrush Symphony, and you can listen to their cover of DK Island Swing posted above. The album will be the bands’ last cover album for the foreseeable future but they will still be producing original music so give them a listen at the links below!
