Shadow costume now available in Sonic Superstars

Today, in celebration of the recent reveal of SONIC X SHADOW GENERATIONS, SEGA released the Shadow Costume for Sonic in Sonic Superstars, now available on Switch. You can get a good look at the costume in the trailer above.
The Shadow Costume for Sonic is free for all Sonic Superstars players and adds a new look inspired by one of Sonic’s greatest rivals for Sonic to sport in his journey. The costume can be equipped during character selection by choosing Sonic then hitting the left or right button when playing Story Mode.
In Sonic Superstars, adventure through the mystical Northstar Islands in an all-new take on classic 2D Sonic high-speed action platforming. Play as Sonic, Tails, Knuckles, and Amy and harness all-new Emerald powers to move and attack in dynamic new ways. Navigate gorgeous, never-before-seen environments solo or with up to 3 other players and stop Dr. Eggman, Fang, and a mysterious new adversary from converting the islands’ giant animals into Badniks before it’s too late!
