Pentiment getting physical Switch release

It’s been rumored for a few weeks now that Microsoft would be bringing Pentiment to the Switch, and we got confirmation on that rumor from today’s Nintendo Direct: Partner Showcase. Now, just hours after the game’s announcement, we find out that a physical release is in the works from Limited Run Games.

In Pentiment, step into a living illustrated world inspired by illuminated manuscripts and printed woodcuts in a time when Europe is at a crossroads of great religious and political change. Walk in the footsteps of Andreas Maler, a master artist who finds himself in the middle of murders, scandals, and intrigue in the Bavarian Alps.

Limited Run Games will have one standard version of Pentiment up for grabs, and pre-orders will run from February 22nd to March 24th, 2024. Remember, if you want to go the digital route, Pentiment will arrive on the Switch eShop tomorrow, February 22nd, 2024.
