Fortnite Version 20.30 hotfix live, Short Nite Film Festival returns
Unvaulted weapons and short films!
There’s two bits of news for Fortnite fans to enjoy today. Both a new hotfix are available, and the Fortnite Short Nite Film Festival has been announced for a return. You can get details on each below.
Hotfix
- Air Strike has been unvaulted
- Flint-Knock Pistol and Hunting Rifle unvaulted (available until May 17th, 2022)
- Funding Stations are accepting donations to produce either Shield Bubbles or Balloons
- Find Shield Bubbles and Balloons scattered throughout the Island from Friday, May 13, at 9 AM ET to Monday, May 16, at 11:59 PM
Fortnite Short Nite Film Festival 2022
- starts May 12th, 2022 at 2 PM ET
- head to the Short Nite row in the Discover page to access the content
- watch a selection of nine animated shorts, including the world premiere of three
- Short Nite runs until 2 PM ET on Monday, May 16th, 2022
- party up for each film with up to seven other players
- one film is split in three parts and can be viewed in the loop of all films
- the Snackin’ Emote will be available May 11th, 2022 at 8 PM ET
- watch the films via Picture-in-Picture while playing other Creative experiences, Battle Royale, and more
