Nintendo aware of Splatoon 3 X Battle badge glitch

While many of you have no doubt jumped into Splatoon 3 to enjoy the kickoff to Fresh Season 2024, some have noticed that there appears to be an issue with a select set of X Battle badges. Thankfully, Nintendo is aware of the issue and has started work on a fix.

Nintendo has confirmed an issue with Splatoon 3 where some players haven’t received their new X Battle badges for the Chill Season 2023 ranking. Nintendo has apologized for the inconvenience and is investigating the situation in order to release a fix.

While there’s no date for a patch release just yet, there’s no doubt Nintendo will get something out the door as soon as possible. Once we have a patch release date and accompanying notes, we’ll make sure to share the info with you.
