Pokemon GO, Pokemon Scarlet/Violet get distributions tied to Pokémon Horizons: The Series

Pokémon Horizons: The Series is finally available in North America, as Netflix added the first batch of episodes yesterday. In honor of that big news, Niantic is also offering something special to Pokémon GO players.

If you’re a Pokémon GO trainer, you can hop into the game right now and enjoy a special code that gives you a Pikachu wearing Cap’s hat. All you have to do is enter the code “CAPTAINPIKACHU” on the Pokémon GO website to activate an encounter. Please note that the offer code and Timed Research expires on March 13th at 11:59 p.m..

That’s not all, as something tied to Pokémon Horizons: The Series is also making its way to Pokémon Scarlet and Violet. Over in Japan, the next episode of the anime to air will include a series code for a distribution. As of right now, the distribution is being kept under wraps.
