Square Enix Music shares a Octopath Traveler "Main Theme" piano cover
A fantastic tune now matter how it's played
Square Enix Music has been sharing a decent amount of covers lately, and that trend continues with yet another video. In the clip above, you can hear a piano cover of “Main Theme” from Octopath Traveler, which was composed by Yasunori Nishiki and is performed here by Ryota Kikuchi.
Ysunori Nishiki is a Japanese composer and arranger best known for his work on the soundtracks for Octopath Traveler and various music video game series developed by Bemani. He is currently a freelance composer, and has since produced soundtracks for both video games and anime. (h/t Wiki)
The above version of Main Theme to Octopath Traveler was both recorded and mixed by Mai Kondo, and the recording session itself was held at Landmark Studio.
