Pokémon Scarlet/Violet's Ranked Battle Season 17 live, Ranked Battle Regulation G and 7 Star Tera Raid Battle event announced

The fun never stops in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet, as Pokémon Co. is always cooking up something new. Today has brought us new details on an event that’s just gone live, and info on more to come in the near future.

First up, Pokémon Scarlet & Violet’s Ranked Battle Season 17 has begun. This season runs the Regulation F ruleset which allows for use of Pokémon and moves added in The Indigo Disk, as well as returning Pokémon. This season will run until April 30th, 2024, and don’t forget that Season 16 rewards are now available.

As for what’s next, Ranked Battle Regulation G has been officially announced and it runs from May 1st to August 31st, 2024. Please note that Regulation G adds the ability to use up to 1 Restricted Pokémon per team.

Finally, a 7-Star Tera Raid Battle event has been announced, and it’ll see Trainers facing off against Meganium with the Psychic Tera Type and the Mightiest Mark. This Pokémon can only be caught once per save file and it runs from April 5th to April 7th, and then repeats April 12th to April 14th, 2024.
