Whatever system was your main platform when you grow up certainly looks better in your memories than it does in real life. This seems particularly true for the N64, which has quite a few games that are quite rough to look at nowadays. That said, there are still some visual gems to be found.

I’d certainly put Kirby 64: The Crystal Shards in the collection of N64 games that still hold up, but just how well did it stand the test of time? The video above shows us how the Switch version compares to the N64 original. There’s no denying the Switch outing looks nicer, but I think the original still does the trick!
