There’s never a dull moment in the world of Pokémon. No matter where you live, there’s always something Pokémon-related going on, and we’re breaking down the latest news on events, merch and more for the dedicated Pokémon fans out there.

First up, Pokémon Center Tokyo Bay had its grand reopening following its closure for a number of months due to remodeling. Now the Center is open and looking better than ever! There’s a whole new layout, tons of new merch, and plenty of mascot Pokémon were wandering around to greet newcomers! You can see a gallery of photos and videos from the grand re-opening here.

Next, the Pokémon Company has announced a Pokémon Peaceful Place POP-UP Shop campaign for Japan. The campaign kicks off April 23rd an runs to June 5th, offering fans a chance to visit Pokémon Peaceful Place POP-UP shops at Loft stores across Japan. The shops will feature a variety of treat-themed merch spotlighting Alcremie and other Pokémon Peaceful Place mascots. The item lineup includes pens, tableware, pouches, and more, and anyone who spends over 2,200 yen will get to take home a Pokémon Peaceful Place ID style sticker while stocks last.

Last but not least, the Pokémon Company is launching a new series of plush dolls from Pokémon Scarlet and Violet. This lineup includes Pawmo, Pawmot, Finizen, Polchageist, and Sinistcha, and they’ll be found at Pokémon Center locations starting April 20th, 2024. There’s no word on pricing or worldwide release at this time.
