Insiders claim Keanu Reeves will voice Shadow in Sonic the Hedgehog 3
Yeah, I'm thinking he's Shadow
People have been wondering who’s going to bring Shadow to live on the big screen in Sonic the Hedgehog 3, and while we don’t have an official announcement yet, The Hollywood Reporter claims they have the inside scoop.
According to multiple insiders close to the matter, none other than Keanu Reeves will be stepping in to voice Shadow the Hedgehog. Fans have been hoping that Hayden Christensen would be taking the reigns for Shadow, but it looks like the studio wanted to put even more star power behind the character. As soon as this information is confirmed, we’ll make sure to let you know.
Directed by series regular Jeff Fowler, the third installment in the movie adventures of Sonic (voiced by Ben Schwartz) finds the entire Donut family traveling to Egypt where Sonic meets a pink hedgehog who claims to predict the future, while Robotnik returns and awakens a new challenger, Shadow the Hedgehog.
Remember, Sonic the Hedgehog 3 movie is scheduled to be released in theaters on December 20th, 2024.
