Sunsoft shares a Ufouria: The Saga animated video

SUNSOFT has been pushing all things Ufouria quite a bit lately, as they’re eager to remind old-schoolers that the franchise is alive and well while also introducing today’s gamers to the franchise. Those efforts continue with the new animation released above.

If you’re a fan of the Ufouria franchise, you’ve got plenty of options to pick from on the Switch. There’s Ufouria 2: The Saga, a brand-new release with visuals and style similar to Yoshi’s Woolly World, a revamped version of the original NES/Famicom game called HEBEREKE Enjoy Edition, and you can even enjoy the SNES title Amazing Hebereke via the Switch Online SNES Collection!

For those who don’t know, the Ufouria saga is a Metroidvania where you take control of 4 different characters to traverse multiple landscapes, learn new moves, and gain abilities to help you explore every nook and cranny of the game world. What the games lack in difficulty they make up for with charm, whimsy and killer soundtracks.
