Board Game/RPG "Dokapon: Ikari no Tekken" announced for Switch

The 1999 PlayStation title “Dokapon: Ikari no Tekken” has been announced for Switch, and it’s set to arrive in Japan on August 1st, 2024. There’s no word on localization at this time.

Dokapon: Ikari no Tekken was developed by Asmik Ace Entertainment. The game is a 4-player board game that takes players to a world of fantasy to possess the best treasure by beating the enemies and the other players in the game as well.

The Switch version of Dokapon: Ikari no Tekken will include a number of tweaks over the original, with the biggest addition being online play. Along with that, you’ll be able to suspend gameplay at any point and pick back up later. Last but not least, there’s now the ability to speed up gameplay, letting you play through at 3 to 5 times faster than normal play.
