When it comes to merch posts on GoNintendo, Pokémon has to take the cake. There’s always some new item in the works at Pokémon Co., but honestly, when it comes to 2023, NieR:Automata merch was a close second. The amount of merch associated with the NieR:Automata line in 2024 is already staggering, and today brings us yet another item for the product onslaught.
This time around, NieR:Automata fans can lock in a pre-order of an A2 figurine based on the design you see in the NieR:Automata Ver1.1a anime. The good news is that this figurine is a budget release at just $26, but the bad news is that it won’t ship until sometime in Q1 2025. This figurine measures 2.75in x 5.91in and is made from PVC materials.
YoRHa Type A No.2, or just A2, is one of the protagonists of NieR:Automata, as well as the final boss in Branch D. She is a prototype of the YoRHa android line, and combat data from her and her comrades were used to create the superior current lines, including YoRHa No.2 Type B and YoRHa No.9 Type S. (h/t Fandom)
