Pokémon Fusion Debuts at Pokémon GO Fest 2024

Take a look at the power of Pokémon fusion in Niantic’s new feature trailer, leading up to the global phenomenon, Pokémon GO Fest 2024. Additionally, Necrozma, the Prism Pokémon, will make its Pokémon GO debut in raids during Pokémon GO Fest 2024. For the first time, players will be able to fuse Necrozma with Solgaleo or Lunala to get Dusk Mane Necrozma and Dawn Wings Necrozma.

Pokémon fusion allows players to combine certain Pokémon into a single, more powerful form by using Solar Fusion Energy and Lunar Fusion Energy. Starting with Pokémon GO Fest 2024: Global, players will be able to earn Solar Fusion Energy or Lunar Fusion Energy by defeating Dusk Mane Necrozma or Dawn Wings Necrozma in Raid Battles or by completing ticketed research tasks.

Players can obtain early access to either Solar Fusion Energy or Lunar Fusion Energy via branching Special Research at the in-person Pokémon GO Fest events in Sendai, Madrid, and New York City.
