Splatoon 3 "Seasource" track from SashiMori previewed

As was announced recently, a whole new catalog of content is coming to Splatoon 3! Starting on June 1st, all Splatoon 3 players with an active Nintendo Switch Online membership will have access to the new “Sizzle Season 2024” content, which includes a new stage, music, emotes, two fresh new weapons, and the debut of the chaotic BIG Big Run!
Ahead of the Sizzle Season kickoff, Nintendo has been sharing sneak peeks at various content you can expect when June 1st rolls around. While we’ve mostly seen screens and footage of new weapons, today brings us something from the musical side of things.
The Splatoon band SashiMori is back with yet another tune, and this one is titled Seasource. You can expect to hear the track in Splatoon 3 once Sizzle Season starts, but the above video gives you a minute+ of the track to enjoy.
SashiMori is no ordinary band. With no vocalist, they weave melodies from strange voices they’ve sampled from ancient records. Their new song, “Seasource”, embodies a timeless innocence that’s captured the hearts of Splatsville’s youngsters.
