Pokémon GO June 2024 Community Day to spotlight Goomy

Niantic is excited to announce that Goomy, the Soft Tissue Pokémon, will be featured during June Community Day! The Pokémon GO June 2024 Community Day runs Sunday, June 9, 2024, from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. local time.
During this Community Day, Goomy will appear more frequently in the wild. If you’re lucky, you might encounter a Shiny one!
Evolve Sliggoo (Goomy’s Evolution) during the event or up to five hours afterward to get a Goodra that knows the Charged Attack Thunder Punch. Thunder Punch has 55 power in Trainer Battles and 45 power in Gyms and Raids. Please note that Sliggoo can evolve into Goodra either when the weather is rainy or when near a Rainy Lure Module.
