As we learned a few days back, the classic Obsidian RPG Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic is making its way to Switch on June 8th, 2022. Wondering how big this game will be in terms of file size? Various eShop listings have given us some information.
This is a rather straightforward port of the original game, and that clocked in at roughly 12 GB when it first launched. Depending on which version of the Switch eShop you look at, this Switch re-release will take up anywhere from 15.7 GB to just over 16 GB of space. If you plan on grabbing this one, it’s best to make sure you have somewhere over 16 GB of space cleared.
Why the bump in file size from the original? Publisher Aspyr says that this version includes HD cinematics, textures, UI and resolution.
