TMNT: Shredder’s Revenge came out on Switch yesterday, and it’s not just a love letter to classic TMNT beat’em-ups. It also pays tribute to the original TMNT cartoon from the 80s and 90s. That goes for the characters, humor, and even the game’s intro.
TMNT: Shredder’s Revenge opens up with a slick animation, and there are numerous moments in that intro that are almost directly ripped from the cartoon’s intro.
