Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak is launching for Switch on June 30th, 2022. On that same day, Capcom has announced that they’ll be removing the demo for Monster Hunter Rise. This demo launched for Switch shortly before the original Monster Hunter Rise did, and was meant to give players a taste of what Rise had to offer.

The good news is that Switch owners will still have a Monster Hunter demo to enjoy after June 30th. Capcom recently released a Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak demo on the Switch eShop, and the company has no plans on removing that for the time being. It’s clear Capcom want people to hop in on the Sunbreak demo and try it out, rather than experience the outdated Monster Hunter Rise demo. Removing one and leaving the other avoids any possible confusion.
